The Chili Powder Ribbon Mixer is based on the double-ribbon convection mixing principle, optimized for the characteristics of chili powder. After startup, the motor drives the mixing shaft and the inner and outer double-layer helical ribbons synchronously via a reducer and coupling. The inner and outer ribbons rotate in opposite directions—the outer ribbon rotates clockwise, gathering chili powder from both sides of the drum towards the center; the inner ribbon rotates counterclockwise, pushing the central chili powder to both sides, creating a bidirectional convection and three-dimensional circulation mixing effect. During the mixing process, the chili powder, propelled by the spiral ribbon, undergoes simultaneous back-and-forth and left-and-right movements, continuously penetrating, diffusing, and mixing, ultimately achieving uniform mixing of the materials in a short time.
